What is a Lanai?

A lanai is a type of porch or veranda, typically found in homes in tropical or warm climates, especially in places like Florida and Hawaii. It is an outdoor living space that is often covered and may be screened in to protect against insects. Lanais are used for relaxing, dining, or entertaining and are usually attached to the back or side of a house. The term “lanai” is often used interchangeably with “patio” but generally refers to a more enclosed or partially enclosed space.

Screen Enclosures / Pool Enclosures

Screen enclosures can turn your outdoor space into a comfortable retreat. With an enclosure, you can keep bothersome insects at bay, enhance privacy and protection, minimize debris on your patio and in your pool, and reduce exposure to harmful UV rays.

Screen Room

A Screen Room is similar to our Screen Enclosures but includes an insulated aluminum roof for added comfort. You can choose from 3-inch, 4-inch, or 6-inch insulation options. The aluminum roof also has the option to include a fan beam, allowing for the installation of a ceiling fan for enhanced airflow.

Combo Screen Enclosures

A Combo Screen Enclosure offers the best of both worlds, combining a screen room with an aluminum roof and a screened area with a screen roof. This setup lets you enjoy your outdoor space even in the rain while also providing an open, sunny area for relaxing in the sun—all while keeping pesky bugs at bay.

Open View Screen Enclosures

Open View Screen Enclosures are a great option for both screen rooms and pool enclosures. By installing a carry-beam across the top of the screen walls, we can space the aluminum posts further apart, providing a more expansive, open view and avoiding the “birdcage” effect of traditional screen designs.

Sunroom

A Sunroom is an affordable way to add extra living space to your home, costing a fraction of traditional home additions. Your sunroom can serve as a versatile space—whether as an exercise room, game room, guest room, meditation room, or anything else you envision.

Rear Lanai

Screening in your existing covered lanai is an affordable way to expand your home’s entertainment area while keeping bugs at bay! We use Phifer screens and high-quality aluminum made right here in Florida. Our pre-fabricated screen frames ensure precise cuts and seamless assembly for a perfect fit.

Front Lanai

Screening in your front entryway adds an extra layer of protection against mosquitoes and other pests, helping keep them out of your home. Plus, we offer a variety of front entry door styles to match your aesthetic, enhancing both function and curb appeal.

Patio Covers

Patio Covers offer shade for your outdoor space, which can also help keep your home’s interior cooler. They provide protection from rain, making your patio a comfortable spot in any weather, and create the ideal area for outdoor grilling and relaxation.

Concrete

Concrete is a more budget-friendly option compared to pavers. Concrete slabs are simple to install and easy to maintain. You can select from a broom finish, smooth finish, or textured finish for the surface. Additionally, concrete can be painted or topped with tile to match your desired look.

Carport

If your garage is too cluttered to park your car inside, a carport might be the perfect solution. It provides shelter from the heat and rain, keeping your car protected, and also offers cover to keep you dry when getting in and out of your vehicle during rainy weather.
